If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@myoraclepalm.com from the same email address and include your order reference. We will forward eligible requests to Paddle for processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
