This Privacy Notice explains how S I N S Consulting LTD (“Oracle Palm”, “we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Oracle Palm, collects and uses personal data when you visit our website or purchase a palm reading. S I N S Consulting LTD acts as the data controller for the personal data described here.

• Uploaded content — the palm photograph you submit and the resulting personalized reading.
• Order data — order identifiers and status. Card details are collected by our reseller Paddle and are not stored by us.
• Support messages — any correspondence you send us.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage/telemetry needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (generating and delivering your reading, sending it by email) — performance of a contract.
• Customer support — legitimate interests and performance of a contract.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests, in an aggregated form.
• Legal compliance (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.

3. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payments, tax, invoicing, subscription management, and refund processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our website, database, and email delivery on our behalf.
• AI processing providers used to generate your personalized reading from the palm photograph you submit.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

We keep your reading and associated order data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support requests, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and hardened cloud infrastructure — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
